· Visual inspection of the vaporizer upon receipt.
· Physical damage assessed and noted.
· Disassembly of vaporizer.
· Integral parts thoroughly cleaned.
· “O” rings, gaskets, seals and consumable parts replaced.
· The vaporizer is lubricated and reassembled.
· Leak and ergonomic tests are performed.
· All components used by U.V.S. meet or exceed O.E.M. specifications.
· State-of-the-art laser refractometry is used in calibration.
· The vaporizer is calibrated as specified in BS4272, Part3, 1989 and ISO 9002 standards.
· Vaporizers are calibrated in their specific agent.
· Each vaporizer is supplied with a guaranteed calibration test certificate.
· All vaporizers carry a parts and labor guarantee.
